Shawn has been helping individuals and families craft solutions to achieve their financial goals for more than 25 years. He came to Colorado, from Anchorage, Alaska, to attend Colorado State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Early in his career, Shawn earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification to best serve his clients. He began his career at RAF Financial and INVESCO Mutual Funds, and moved into a Financial Consultant role at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. before joining Baird as a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager. Shawn has extensive knowledge of investments, insurance, tax, estate and retirement planning, and he implements a unique approach to solving complex financial issues.
Shawn is a long-time resident of Westminster, Colorado with his wife, Francine, and two daughters, Allison and Morgan. In his spare time he enjoys the great Colorado outdoors on his mountain bike or skis. On most weekends he can be found cheering on his girls’ competitive soccer teams.
